The role:


Our client is looking for an experienced Agile Facilitator / Scrum Master to coordinate and support their agile delivery teams to achieve frequent releases of value.

The person in this role needs to have a pragmatic approach and build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders. We are needing someone who can slot into the teams way of working and resolve impediments with ease.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Experienced track record as a Scrum Master / Agile Facilitator
  • Understands fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
  • Understand backlog tracking and refinement, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition
  • Use of scalable agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
  • Exceptional skills in facilitating retrospectives
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery
